Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)
  • 1 cup spinach (chopped and steamed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, grated carrot, steamed spinach, egg, and bread crumbs.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
